Keypad Touch – How do I set emergency passwords & Touch ID?
When you encounter an emergency and are located near your Keypad Touch, in order to notify your friends or family members, you can enter an emergency password on your Keypad Touch or use Touch ID to unlock your door. Keypad Touch will trigger an emergency notification mechanism and push messages and email alerts through your app.
*Emergency passwords and Touch ID can only be used when paired with SwitchBot Hub Mini.
*You can set a total of 10 emergency passwords and emergency Touch IDs.

Once you’ve finished the above, you’ll be able to receive emergency notifications through the following two methods:
1) Push notifications via our app.
*Only push notifications to the device owner’s APP.
2) Email push notifications (SwitchBot Hub Mini required)
